If your recomendations dont start and end with stop buying products made in China then you are not speaking the truth.
Ok...im over half way through listening and Dr. Tufekei is the only one who is on the correct path but still missing the first and most important question. The first and most important question must always be "do we have the right to censor speach at all". In America, the answer is no. Lets put that to the side and the next issue people are just grasping is being CORRECT is what builds trust. Any goal outside of that is in fact incorrect and intentionally misleading. Third, trying to present sources as the correct sources and then unconstitutionally removing content that turns out to be correct or is able to be proven by the same sources that you have deemed to be the correct sources. The very term "authoratitive" puts people off. It astounds me that this is never considered because its not the public that is in echo chambers, but it is you. That point you really need to reflect on and it shows how somehow you have granted yourselves the arbiters of truth. I can say from a massive amount of personal experience as someone who has had a massive amount of the CDC, NIH, WHO, ect own data removed from facebook with no explination, no notification, or avenue to even discuss it. Acting as authoritarians, and thats whats happening lets be very clear, and then violating basic constitutional rights, then getting it very very wrong, and then not only not correcting those violations but ignoring the peoples voices that have been damaged. Prime example is here today, not taking public questions. You will NEVER gain trust when you dictate who can speak especoally when its obvious that the ability to self reflect is missing.
Generative AI and large language models (LLMs) are revolutionizing health and medicine by offering innovative solutions and opportunities across various domains. These technologies are transforming how medical professionals approach diagnostics, patient interaction, and research. For instance, LLMs can assist in interpreting medical imaging, provide insights into personalized treatment plans, and enhance clinical decision-making by synthesizing vast amounts of medical data. Additionally, generative AI is being used to simulate drug interactions, predict disease progression, and develop new therapeutic strategies. The integration of AI in telemedicine is also improving access to healthcare, particularly in underserved areas, by providing remote patient monitoring and real-time consultations. However, as these applications continue to evolve, ensuring their accuracy, reliability, and ethical use remains a critical concern. How can healthcare systems effectively integrate generative AI and LLMs while addressing the challenges of accuracy, bias, and patient trust?
Awesome stuff!
She looks like a man and she sounds like a man.
Distributed Database storage plays a vital role in this
Common sense is not common training that on ai is a challenging task for humans sometimes it's challenging too
This is a joke

Deborah Cohen, if perchance you read this, maybe you could convince the RAND Corporation to look into the work of Stephanie Seneff. She has used statistical techniques to identify that the herbicide glyphosate is getting into the food supply and is causing illness in humans. Glyphosate can mimic the amino acid glycine in the production of structural proteins and enzymes causing them to function poorly. An example is collagen which is a protein that forms the structure of tendons, ligaments, and shapes organs like the heart. Collagen is 33% glycine. A change in the structure of collagen could cause a loss of elasticity or integrity of connective tissues. RAND should study if there has been an additional increase in obesity because of glyphosate.
How to claim certificate?
did you get it?
Hello
Now look at Ai. The cutting edge of modern science.
Thank you I needed some guys I mean can't you tell my mind blown I don't know if anything's good hell I'm not even good I know that
That guy Judy Faulkner always impresses me!

Very amazing.
GenAI for medicine has the potential to revolutionize the approach to diseases like Alzheimer's. While there are criticisms, the high cost and limited effectiveness of traditional drugs make it essential to explore alternative approaches. Personalizing treatment based on an individual's genetics and specific needs can lead to more targeted and potentially more effective interventions. It's important to consider the long-term benefits and cost-effectiveness of such approaches in the context of improving the quality of life for individuals with chronic diseases like Alzheimer's.
Must we be finetuned or not...? It depends on what are you will doing with the model...Alzheimer's disease is based on a hypothesis...not science...in a finetuned model of Alzheimer's disease with EHRs...you shall see other outcomes than in a big LLM with T parameters without finetuning on the amyloid hypothesis...we see a lot of hallucinations (unpredictable errors or inaccuracies)...your model needs clinical context ( clinical reasoning) it is different with other reasoning...in breast cancer AI shall fail on TNDC without Neural-Symbolic LM or symbolic reasoning...

Why do foolish mind controlled people refer to it as career. It is a job or occupation. Career plays into the neo liberal agenda.

Judy hello it’s me …..
I don't think that carbon is largely responsible for climate change. There is a lot of compensation from clouds, rain, forests, and other sources that can sufficiently offset the damage. However, what is difficult to compensate for is the penetration of the atmosphere by spacecraft, which now number more than 10,000 and have caused gas leaks outside of Earth, making the weight of the Earth lighter and potentially causing the planet to move closer to the sun and contribute to climate change. Another reason is that the Earth's magnetic field and radiation will naturally decline. While many smokers can live for more than 70 years, I don't think they can live in space to that extent. We should not blame others when we may be the cause or perhaps it is fate from God
It's pretty interesting that most folks don't comment on things like this
I think Manly Hall and Helena are very relevant here.
Informative. Thank you, Professor.
